Accelerated Reader Program
Accelerated Reader is the world's most popular reading software. Used in our local public schools, the library provides access to the "Reading Levels" for most children's books in our collection so that you can personalize reading practices to your child's current level.
To search for Accelerated Reader books on the library's catalog, select the search button under the words Search our Catalog. Then highlight Notes found under the Find: Title, Author, Subject selection and simply type in a reading level (example: 3.5) and the books the library owns at that level will display.Looking for non-fiction titles in your zone? Limit your search by first selecting 'search' then 'set limits' tab. You can then limit by collection. For non-fiction, select, "Junior non fiction". Advanced Search for books by reading level, topic, author, fiction/non-fiction and series.
